 In talking about forming a Republic  this in no way is advocating an overthrow,etc. This is looking at the possibility of this becoming reality through the legal process. This is not a political issue of one party against another. This area has slowly been slipping into a desparate situation that is and has not being addressed under the Govermental systems.
